RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, however, we do offer a limited exchanges for store credit in certain circumstances, subject to guidelines below.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have received defective items/damaged goods, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. All items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags and in their original packaging. This includes being free from any signs of wear, stains, alterations, or damage. Items must not have been exposed to perfumes, smoke, animal odors, or any other strong scents.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at help@ariknewyork.com with your Order Number.

Exchanges are not automatically guaranteed and will be evaluated individually based on the condition of the item(s), adherence to our exchange policy, and availability of stock. Each request is carefully reviewed to ensure it meets the above criteria before exchanges are granted. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and will be considered non-refundable.

All shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return of the original item, are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of items, as we cannot be held liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to process once it arrives at our store. Once your return has been accepted, we will process your reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

Only full-priced items are eligible for an exchange. Sale items and custom orders are final sale and will not be eligible.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items purchased are made-to-order. Therefore, please be cognizant of the ‘Will Ship By’ Date when placing your order to ensure it delivers within your required timeframe. Most items will be shipped within 8 weeks of placing your order. Please not that shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Orders that include multiple items may be sent in multiple shipments.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

Please note that our shipping services will be temporarily paused during warehouse closures on select U.S. and Italian holidays. Orders placed on these dates will be processed on the next available business day. We encourage you to plan your purchase accordingly.

DELIVERY SIGNATURE POLICY

To protect high-value orders, any purchase totaling more than $800 require a signature upon delivery. Please keep an eye on your delivery notifications to guarantee a smooth handoff.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Please not that additional duties, taxes, and fees may apply based on your location and local regulation. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled upon delivery. For customs clearance, DHL may require additional details, such as your social security number or fiscal identification number, depending on the total order value. This requirement is determined by local regulations and is beyond our control.

We are unable to cover or refund any additional shipping costs incurred at the destination.

Orders that are not delivered due to unpaid duties or taxes will not be refunded or accepted for exchanges/store credit.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently cannot deliver orders to General Delivery addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories. If an order is placed with a restricted address, it will be canceled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order is lost, damaged, or goes missing during transit with USPS or DHL, please contact us at help@ariknewyork.com. We will initiate a claim with the courier on your behalf, and a refund will be issued upon verification of non-delivery.
